The University of New Mexico is moving forward with a critical infrastructure initiative: the Voice System Replacement Project. This campus-wide effort replaces the university's aging phone equipment, which is scheduled to reach its end-of-support lifecycle in December 2026.

By transitioning to a modern platform now, UNM is taking proactive steps to prevent service disruptions, ensure high reliability, and support the evolving communication needs of our academic and research communities for years to come.
