Welcome to Research IT Support. Operating under the Office of the Vice President for Research, we provide specialized IT services to support and enhance your research activities. Our primary clients are core OVPR units and Category III Research Centers and Institutes.
We also offer extended support for institutional users of Research IT–managed enterprise applications, including Infoready (research administration and funding opportunities), Qualtrics (survey and data collection), REDCap (survey and data collection), Software Database (List of Custom Software), Pivot (Funding Database), iThenticate (plagiarism detection and manuscript screening), FOM - Facility Online Manager (online accounting and instrument management software), and Custom Chat Agent Development tailored to OVPR functional offices. You can use our AI Assistant to explore our website and knowledge base, submit support requests, and share feedback to help us continuously improve your experience.
