Additionally, OVPR IT provides assistance with device management (Intune/Jamf), workstation setup and troubleshooting, software installation, printer support, hardware procurement guidance, research data storage (UNMCIFS, OneDrive for Research), and support for workflows such as REDCap, BCAR, and PIAQ.

If your request involves university-wide services such as NetID, LoboWiFi, Microsoft 365, Banner, VPN, Zoom, telephones/VoIP, or academic systems like Canvas, you should contact UNM IT.

If you are unsure whom to contact—and especially if you belong to OVPR, FRDO, or one of the supported Category III centers—it is always appropriate to submit a ticket to OVPR IT first. We will review your request, determine the appropriate support pathway, and route your ticket to UNM IT or another group if needed.
