Elijah Connick serves as a technical support assistant for the Office of the Vice President of Research (OVPR) IT team. He enjoys learning about any and all technology and is eager to support the UNM research community. He brings 6 years of hands-on technical support experience across hardware, software, and system-level troubleshooting. With practical experience diagnosing device issues, configuration errors, and peripheral hardware issues, he strives to know the details of every problem, their causes, and solutions. Elijah is known for his clear communication style, organized workflow, and ability to translate complex technical issues into approachable guidance for users.

When not in work or school, he can be found spending time with his wife and daughters, usually all playing video games together.
